Terms of Service

QuantMogul uses your WOBR.AI account for sign-in, subscriptions, entitlements and the shared credit wallet. The WOBR.AI terms of service and privacy policy apply in addition to these terms.

QuantMogul AI Engine Desktop runs strategy generation, backtesting, optimization, walk-forward analysis, robustness testing and machine learning training on your own computer, using your CPU/GPU. Raw market datasets you download or import for training remain on your machine and are not uploaded to QuantMogul servers.

When you train a machine-learning or deep-learning model in QuantMogul AI Engine Desktop, the resulting trained model artifact — the model weights together with its manifest (feature schema, hyperparameters, dataset fingerprint, validation metrics and engine version) — is automatically uploaded to your private Cloud Model Library on QuantMogul servers.

• Synced models are private by default: only you can see, download or deploy them, unless you explicitly change their visibility to unlisted, community or marketplace.
• Raw training data never leaves your machine; only a cryptographic fingerprint identifying the dataset is stored.
• QuantMogul may process synced artifacts server-side for integrity verification, result reproduction (anti-fraud), storage deduplication, ranking computation and aggregate, non-identifying platform statistics.
• Cloud storage is subject to a quota that depends on your plan. You can review usage and delete synced models at any time from the My Models page.
• You retain ownership of models you train. By syncing, you grant QuantMogul the limited license needed to store, verify and — only if you publish — distribute them under the visibility you choose.

Publishing a bot or model to the community or marketplace is optional and controlled by you per item. Published performance results may be labelled with a verification tier and re-computed by QuantMogul for accuracy. Fabricating results, tampering with artifacts or misrepresenting performance is prohibited and may lead to removal, ranking bans or account termination.

AI usage, cloud compute and marketplace transactions are metered in WOBR Credits via the shared WOBR wallet. Credit purchases and subscription plans are governed by the WOBR.AI billing terms.

QuantMogul provides research and automation tooling. Nothing on this platform is investment advice. Trading involves substantial risk of loss; past performance — including verified backtests — does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for decisions made with bots or models built on or installed from the platform.

The QuantMogul runtime, engines and platform services are proprietary and licensed, not sold. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute or resell platform components, circumvent licensing, or use the platform to infringe third-party rights.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
